Nov. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Pierre Koffmann, the three-Michelin- star chef currently cooking at a temporary restaurant on the roof of Selfridges department store, has engaged advisers to help him find a property in the West End of London.
Koffmann is working with Restaurant Property, the company that helped Gordon Ramsay find a new site for Petrus, Restaurant Property said today in a news release sent via e-mail.
“The name Koffmann has been synonymous with the finest French food in England for close to 40 years,” Restaurant Property’s director David Rawlinson said in the release. “We are currently looking for a suitable restaurant site for him in Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Chelsea and South Kensington.”
