Jean Dalbard is an Economist at Bloomberg Economics, covering France and Switzerland and in particular the Swiss National Bank. Previously, he worked on Financial stability issues at the French Treasury and as head of market operations for the French Debt Management Office. He started his career at the Banque de France in the market and monetary policy division.
