Voyager Technologies Inc., a company working on a space station that will travel to orbit aboard Elon Musk’s giant Starship rocket, has initiated the process to go public.
Voyager submitted a draft registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, with the number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering not yet been determined, Voyager said in a statement. The Wall Street Journal earlier reported the filing.
