Anta Sports Revenue Rises; Announces Joint Venture With Musinsa

Photographer: Na Bian/BloombergChina’s largest sportswear maker Anta Sports Products Ltd. reported better-than-expected revenue for the first half of the year as it continues to tap Chinese consumers’ growing post-pandemic health awareness.
Anta Sports also announced a joint venture with South Korea’s Musinsa Co. in which Anta Sports will operate the fashion platform company’s business in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau, according to an exchange statement, which didn’t provide financial details. Anta Sports and Musinsa will hold 40% and 60% stakes, respectively, in the joint venture.
