Macron Ally Moulin Named to Head France’s Central Bank

French President Emmanuel Macron nominated Emmanuel Moulin, one of his closest advisers, to run the Bank of France.

Provided he can secure parliamentary approval, the 57-year-old will succeed Francois Villeroy de Galhau, who is retiring early at the end of May.
